Through its corporate structure, Jularsem Global Oil and Gas Limited oversees and supports its operating entities, ensuring that all activities are conducted in line with industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and safety standards. Julanky Nigeria Limited (o/a Julanky Oil & Gas)
Julanky Nigeria Limited, operating as Julanky Petrol, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Jularsem Global Oil & Gas Limited and serves as the operating company for petrol station and LPG depot activities across Ogun State, Nigeria.
Julanky Nigeria Limited is responsible for the day-to-day operation of petrol stations and licensed LPG depots, while operating under the policies, oversight, and operational standards established by Jularsem Global Oil & Gas Limited.
Currently, through Julanky Nigeria Limited, Jularsem Global Oil & Gas Limited owns and operates three (3) petrol stations and three (3) licensed LPG depots in Ogun State, serving motorists, households, and commercial customers.
All Julanky Petrol operations reflect the Group’s commitment to service quality, safety compliance, and consistent customer experience.
Leadership
The Group is led by Dr Chief Sunday Babatunde Ajileye (DSc h.c., MJF, NLCF), also known as Sunday Ibadan (SIB), a seasoned entrepreneur and the Founder of the SIB Charity Foundation. His leadership emphasizes integrity, operational excellence, and community development.
